We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was new and spotlessly clean, making it a comfortable and enjoyable experience. the manager of the property was very welcoming and provided a thorough overview of the facilities. the guest guide book was incredibly useful, with clear instructions on how to use appliances like the oven and washing machine. the location was excellent, with great proximity to amenities such as Sainsbury's and restaurants. We loved the beautiful decor and the abundance of natural light in the apartment. a lovely place to stay in a fantastic location. Cons: Nothing for me 😊.

The rooms are lovely and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. However, it would be great to have an iron/ironing board and coffee/tea making facilities. The TV set is a great addition. 📺 Also, there is a convenient walk-in shower.

Location was great, very central and close to shops and the city center. The apartment was nicely decorated with stylish furniture. The welcome was warm and informative, with milk in the fridge and tea and coffee supplied.
The sofa bed and the main bed were both uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The cleanliness of the apartment was lacking, with dust and hair found under the furniture and in the bedroom.

We had a fantastic stay at a ground floor apartment in a great location. The Green Park Brasserie nearby had the most amazing pizza! The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the owner kept in good communication throughout our stay. The high ceilings made the apartment feel even more spacious. We also loved that the apartment had a washing machine and a smart TV with Netflix. The location was perfect, walking distance to the city center and just one stop from the train station. We were also just across the street from Sainsbury's, restaurants, and a lovely park.
The parking permit was not included in the overall price and cost an extra £10. That being said, it would have been nicer if it was already included.

We had a fantastic stay at Park View Ground Floor 1 Bed Apt. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore Bath on foot. The apartment itself was beautifully appointed and kept, with modern amenities and everything we needed for a short stay. The information provided by the hosts was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The attention to detail in the decor was impressive, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. We appreciated the little touches like having a baby cot and high chair available for our use. we had a wonderful experience at Park View Ground Floor 1 Bed Apt and would highly recommend it to others.
Although our stay was excellent, we did experience a couple of minor drawbacks. The weather was rainy during our visit, which of course is beyond the control of the property.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and well-equipped. the instructions for key collection and recycling were clear and hassle-free. the host was very helpful and provided all necessary information in a timely manner.
the occupant upstairs seemed to be quite noisy and didn't sleep much, which was a bit disruptive. the windows made loud noises when it was windy due to the age of the building.
